- Overseeing and controlling any lines of waiting customers on the exterior of the establishment.
- Making early contact with loiterers, solicitors, or non-paying customers to notify them of any company policies and to
encourage them to relocate.
- Decreasing the level of unwanted traffic in specific areas that distract or obstruct employees.
- Maintaining a photo book of 86’d customers and disallowing such customers entry.
- Addressing disruptive customers or other guests to notify them of a violation of policy or to advise them that they are to
vacate the premises.
- Escorting 86’d guests as they exit the establishment.
- Controlling the flow of exiting guests and addressing disruptive customers before or immediately after they exit to remind
them of laws and company policies..
- Escorting employees to and from vehicles within a reasonable distance of the establishment.
- Minimizing stress for the employees of the establishment by integrating services and working as a team.
- Maintaining log book or other record as required by Client.
- Handling any DPSST/OLCC engagement with establishment.
- Barring non-paying customers or disruptive persons from entry, including physically if absolutely necessary.
- Physical protection of employees and establishment in the event of violence by customers or other persons in or around the
premises.
- Physical protection of employees or other persons as they travel to and from vehicles or other transportation in close proximity
to the establishment.
- Physical removal of disruptive, noncompliant, or violent customers or persons from the establishment.
- Indemnifying clients for any claims that arise from LBS staff using physical restraint or force during the course of their duties.
